Degroof Petercam names three new managing partners in Corporate Finance: Stefaan Genoe, Erik De Clippel and Olivier De Vos

Further strengthening the recognized expertise within its Corporate Finance team, Degroof Petercam appointed Stefaan Genoe, Erik De Clippel and Olivier De Vos as managing partner of Degroof Petercam Corporate Finance.

Stefaan Genoe started his career as an analyst at Petercam covering Belgian listed companies and gained experience in various industries. After being in charge of the research at Petercam Amsterdam, he became head of research Petercam Group in 2004. Since September 2015, he was head of equity analysis at Bank Degroof Petercam. He led a team of 14 analysts based in Brussels and Amsterdam who perform fundamental analyses on listed Benelux companies. Stefaan Genoe holds a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences from the University of Leuven (KUL, Brussels), specializing in accountancy.

Erik De Clippel joined Degroof Petercam in 2016 as head of syndication (Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets). For more than 15 years Erik has been active at KBC Securities consecutively as equity analyst, head of ECM - Corporate Finance and as head of equity and debt syndication. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a post-graduate in finance from the University of Leuven (KUL). Erik is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and board member of the Belgian CFA society and of the Flanders Future Techfund.

After a first working experience at the Bank of Tokyo, Olivier De Vos started his career at Petercam in 1996 successively as associate, manager and director of Corporate Finance. Since September 2015, he has been active as executive director and managing director at Degroof Petercam Corporate Finance. Olivier De Vos holds a master in Business Engineering of the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management  and a master in Intercultural Management (ICHEC, Brussels, Belgium and Osaka, Japan).
