Bruno Colmant hands over his mandate as CEO to devote himself entirely to Private Banking activities
In March 2021, Bruno Colmant took over the direct supervision of Private Banking, in addition to his mandate as CEO. In order to devote himself 100% to Private Banking activities, he has informed the Board of Directors of his decision to hand over his mandate as CEO.
Bruno Colmant: "When I was appointed in August 2019, it was agreed that I would guide the company through the turbulent period it was going through. With the trust being restored, the IT transformation moving in the right direction and the company emerging unscathed from the Covid crisis, it is now time, with the transition secured, to hand over the leadership of our group to a new CEO. I look forward to continuing to contribute to the development of the company as Head of Private Banking and as a member of the Management Committee and of the Board of Directors."
The Board of Directors has launched a search for a new CEO and will take the time it takes to appoint the right candidate. The future transition will happen in full continuity as Bruno Colmant will continue to serve as CEO for as long as is necessary.
