Degroof Petercam advises Roularta Media Group on transaction which redraws Belgian Media Landscape

Degroof Petercam advises Roularta Media Group on the sale of its 50% share in Medialaan to co-shareholder De Persgroep and on the acquisition of 50% of the shares in Mediafin, sold by De Persgroep. The other half of Mediafin is owned by Groupe Rossel.

Medialaan’s portfolio includes amongst other: tv channels vtm, Q2, Vitaya, CAZ; radio stations Q music and JOE; and Mobile Vikings.
